According to the recommendations of NCF 2005, technology could be integrated

1. with the larger goals and processes of educational programmes
2. with revisions to meet current developmental policies of the Central Government
3. as an add-on to the main educational goals
4. only judiciously, subject to the economic and social goals of a community
