By what numbers should X and Y be replaced so that the pattern followed by the two numbers on the left of :: is the same as the pattern followed by the two numbers on the right of ::? (Note: Operations should be performed only on whole numbers, without breaking the numbers into their component digits. Take 13 for example - operations on 13 like adding/subtracting/multiplying etc. can be done only on 13.
