A cuboidal box has length 12 cm, breadth 8 cm and height 5 cm. It is completely filled with water. Then, the entire amount of water is poured equally into 10 small identical cuboidal containers, filling them all completely. The width of each small container is 4 cm and height is 2.5 cm. Find the length of each small cuboidal container.
