Container A contains 30% water and the remaining is sanitizer. The ratio is reversed when 10 liters of water is added. Container B contains the mixture of water and sanitizer in the same ratio as was initially contained in container A. If the quantity of sanitizer in container B is 3 liters more than the quantity of sanitizer initially present in container A, then what is the quantity of water in container B?
