Two inlet pipes, A and B, can fill a tank in 12 hours and 18 hours respectively. A third pipe C can empty the tank in 9 hours. A is opened first. After 3 hours, B is opened, and then after another 3 hours, C is opened. How many hours will it take to completely fill the tank?
